Harvey Pollack

Harvey Pollack, is a licensed real estate broker with more that 30 years experience as an Executive Officer of his own business. He has directed Pacific Rim since its founding in 1982, and has over 40 years of real estate experience. He was born in New York where he managed over 2,000 residential units. His wide range of management experience has covered Garden Style Units to High Rise Apartments. He is a member of the San Diego Board of Realtors, San Diego Apartment Association and the National Association of Realtors.

Steve Pollack

Steve brings a master-level analytical perspective to the helm of Pacific Rim Real Estate Services. With more than 20 years of expertise across residential and commercial sales, leasing, and investment, Steve has built a reputation for navigating complex portfolios with institutional-grade precision. 🏛️

His strategic approach was forged in the high-stakes corporate environments of Xerox, Hilton and Tyco International. In these roles, Steve mastered process-driven negotiation and refined the organizational systems he now uses to keep Pacific Rim "above the curve" in portfolio management. As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), he leverages this background to manage intricate deals, ensuring that every investment is handled with the highest level of scrutiny and follow-through. 📊

Continuing a multi-generational Pollack family tradition of real estate excellence, Steve blends this legacy of integrity with modern, data-driven strategies. He is fluent in Spanish and utilizes his deep cultural familiarity to ensure clear, high-level communication for a diverse range of local portfolios, as well as international investment opportunities. This ability to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps provides an invaluable advantage for his clients in today's globalized market. 🤝

When he isn’t optimizing client investments, Steve is a dedicated family man who enjoys dining and traveling with his wife and supporting his son’s competitive journey through teen golf tournaments. 🏌️‍♂️

Becky Granger

Becky is the Sr. Property Manager for Pacific Rim and has been a team member for over 15 years. Becky is an expert in residential real estate management and sales. She is an active member of the San Diego chapter of the National Association of Property Managers (NARPM) and the National chapter of NARPM. Becky is a licensed real estate agent, and active member of the San Diego Association of REALTORS® (SDAR). Prior to employment at Pacific Rim, Becky was employed by Great Plains Coca-Cola of OKC where she was a Manager/Sales Rep. in the CIC department and then later was promoted to Field Sales Representative.

Ale Coredero

Ale is an experienced collaborator in management, administration and hospitality. She has abundant experience in office management, operations, bookkeeping, personnel services, sales, and customer serivce. Before joining Pacific Rim, Ale worked in her own family business, Protec Aluminio, as well as other organizations such as Gillette, Banamex, Lazos, and Ayres Hotels. Ale is bi-lingual speaking both English and Spanish.

Eva Gutierrez

Eva brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and operational discipline to the Pacific Rim's team. As our Office Administrator and Maintenance Coordinator, Eva acts as the central hub of our daily operations, ensuring that both our internal workflows and property maintenance schedules run with total precision.

Before joining Pacific Rim, Eva spent much of her career as a business owner, successfully owning and operating multiple companies, including Subway franchises. This background as a business owner gives her a unique "owner’s eye" for detail; she understands that timely maintenance and clear communication are vital to protecting an investment's value. Our clients and tenants alike rely on Eva’s efficiency, her problem-solving mindset, and her unwavering commitment to high-quality service.
